User Invitation

User Invitation

Category: Business Management Dashboard

At s͛Card, privacy and security are paramount. We ensure that user data is handled with the utmost care and respect. This article outlines what happens after you invite an existing s͛Card user to join your business management dashboard.

Invitation Process

When you, as the organisation admin, invite an existing s͛Card user to your business management dashboard, an email will be sent to the user. This email will explain the invitation and request their consent to allow the organisation admin to manage their s͛Card profile. If the user is still connected to their previous employer's business management dashboard, they should be requested to disconnect from it before accepting the new invitation.

User Consent

The email sent to the user will ask for their consent to allow your organisation's admin to manage their profile. This ensures that the user is fully aware of and agrees to the administrative control over their s͛Card account within your business management dashboard.

After Accepting the Invitation

Once the user accepts the invitation:

  • The organisation admin can now manage the user's s͛Card profile, ensuring brand consistency and organisational alignment.
  • Only new contacts made after joining will sync with the business management dashboard.
  • Previous contacts will remain private and not be synced to the new business.

Handling Rejected Invitations

Should the user reject the invitation, the organisation controls the situation. It's important to discuss the matter privately with the employee, as s͛Card will not intervene in these situations. Possible outcomes may include creating a new profile within the dashboard or reevaluating the employment arrangement. The resolution will depend on the agreement between the user and the organization.

By strategically inviting existing s͛Card users to join your business management dashboard, you can streamline onboarding processes and ensure seamless integration of new employees into your corporate structure. This approach leverages the employee's established network, reduces the time and effort needed to build new connections, and maintains control and consistency in brand representation.
