Some may argue that business websites or social media messaging are enough, so why bother with a physical business card? The answer is simple: a business card provides straightforward contact information without distracting ads or competitors. This makes it easier and more specific for your potential clients to reach out for help.

Individual profiles can be tagged with Business Profiles to identify and prevent impersonation, reducing unnecessary account recovery caused by these impersonators.

A business profile on s͛Card can be your business website using a custom domain URL. You'll need to direct your DNS settings to your s͛Card account to do this. If you require assistance with this, we're happy to help.

 

Pitch Deck
It would be convenient for customers and prospects to access business information through a pitch deck on the company profile. If you own a hardware store, you can offer product catalogues for customers to browse, including specifications that can be used for pre and post-sale purposes. If you are running a cafe, you can utilise the pitch deck section to showcase your menu for drinks and food and details about your cafe and upcoming events, or even allow space for adding vendor products to generate extra revenue.

The company Pitch Deck and employee access are unlimited when using the Business Management Dashboard. The only limit is the space size of account assets.

 

Simplify:
If your account has enough storage space, you can create multiple pitch decks for all the businesses and individual profiles you manage. We provide dedicated hosting spaces for each account to hold your digital assets.

User Account/Profile for your employee

Within your business management dashboard, you can create multiple profiles or accounts. Additionally, you can invite existing users with s͛Card profiles to join your organisation, but only if they allow it. In doing so, they will need to grant you permission to edit their profile and agree to share all their contact information stored within their profile since the day they joined your dashboard.

Note: Users invited to join your organisation will only share their contact information during their joining period (working period). Contact they had before will only be shared if they initiate sharing, and once they depart (leave your organisation), the contact information will no longer be shared with the organisation.

 

Template

When accessing the dashboard, it is helpful for administrators to have a pre-filled template for employee accounts. Our Pro account users can create pre-formatted templates for faster deployment. Templates can be organised by department, such as sales, operations, HR, and marketing, or by job titles, such as Sales Executive, Sales Manager, or Sales Director.

Templates can streamline communication by pre-filling your office number, website, and address. This leaves the user to enter fields with their mobile number and email. Additionally, you can have multiple pitch decks readily available in the pre-filled template, reducing the need to worry about missing information. There are many other benefits to setting up templates.

 

Digital Assets Space

This area is exclusively for your use and includes images and decks in different formats, including PDFs, images, videos, and audio. They are stored on CDNs to ensure speedy and secure access from anywhere globally.

 

Plugins

Our plugin can display information like business hours/live feed business operation time & date, awards, certificates, events, live feed market indices, live feed weather and live feed sea tides. You can add plugins to your business profile, branches, store locations, etc.

Plugins will not only be in business profiles but will also be available for user profiles within the organisation soon.

Note: There are free and chargeable plugins, with the latter requiring external data feeds for increased specificity and accuracy.

 

Sync Contact List

Every individual account, including those set up via the business dashboard, is equipped with a s͛Card Contact List feature. This tool serves as a repository for contact information, meticulously compiled by individuals for a range of business functions such as record-keeping, sales outreach, and promotional or marketing activities, akin to a CRM system. For businesses, maintaining an up-to-date contact list is vital. It ensures seamless integration with the company’s outreach efforts and preserves these valuable assets, especially in scenarios like employee turnover or internal role changes. The key function of the Sync feature is to enable employees to synchronise their contact data with the company’s database throughout their tenure. This practice not only safeguards the company’s data assets but also prevents the potential misappropriation or loss of this information, which could occur if employees were to leave or leverage the data to secure their positions
