- New sign-up/registered users will get a Pro Account for 30 days of trials.
- Upgrade or Renew your Pro Account by purchasing.
- Pro Account was given out by s͛Card for some reason.
We do not suspend or ban users without valid reasons. Our process is fair and transparent, ensuring that every user is treated with respect and understanding.
- Account registered for some time with no contact information. Typically, we'll send you a simple reminder before suspension occurs. If there is no response, our system will proceed with suspension as we believe it to be fraudulent, robotic, or someone attempting to impersonate a person.
- Contact information or social media/online store contains links that are not safe for other uses (such as using HTTP than HTTPS), using 3rd party services than direct service links (using www.jomwasap.my for WhatsApp number) or links that are malicious with or without using a link shortener.
- You've been complained about doing harm or harassment to other users.
- The contact information in your profile contains illegal activities.
Whatever the case may be, whether it's free or paid, being a Pro user does not guarantee that your account will not be suspended or banned. If you would like more information, you can just read s͛Card's terms and conditions.
