About the Role
PixelPerfect Studio is looking for a Product Designer to join our design team on a 12-month contract basis. You will work directly with client stakeholders to understand user needs, prototype solutions, and deliver pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile applications.
Our current project pipeline includes a digital banking app for a regional bank, a B2B procurement platform, and a telehealth application. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple industries and design challenges.
We value designers who think in systems, obsess over micro-interactions, and can articulate the rationale behind every design decision. Our design stack includes Figma, Framer, and Maze for user testing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert-level Figma skills including components, variants, and auto-layout
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Understanding of design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to communicate design rationale to non-design stakeholders
