Operations Manager

About the Role
ScaleUp Logistics is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee our Cyberjaya fulfillment center, which processes over 50,000 orders per month. You will manage a team of 30+ warehouse associates, supervisors, and coordinators, ensuring that SLAs for order accuracy, processing speed, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will spend time on the warehouse floor understanding workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements. You will also work with our product team to provide feedback on our proprietary WMS software and help shape the product roadmap.
The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce logistics or third-party fulfillment, a continuous improvement mindset (Lean, Six Sigma), and strong people management skills. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required for communicating with our diverse workforce.
We are growing rapidly and this role offers significant upward mobility. High performers can expect to move into regional operations leadership within 18-24 months.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations management experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
- Proven experience managing teams of 20+ people
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent process improvement experience
- Strong data analysis skills with Excel and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
