About the Role
ScaleUp Logistics is seeking an HR Manager to lead our people operations as we scale from 200 to 500+ employees across Peninsular Malaysia. You will own talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
We are growing rapidly and need someone who can build scalable HR processes while maintaining our culture of transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement. You will report directly to the COO and manage a team of 3 HR generalists.
Experience with HR tech tools (HRIS, ATS, performance management platforms) is highly valued. We are currently implementing Darwinbox and need someone who can lead that rollout.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a management role
- Experience in high-growth or logistics/operations environments
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
