About the Role
TechVantage Solutions is looking for a DevOps Engineer to own our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will be responsible for ensuring our platform is reliable, scalable, and secure while empowering our engineering teams with fast, safe deployment workflows.
Our current infrastructure spans AWS (ECS, RDS, ElastiCache, CloudFront), Terraform for IaC, GitHub Actions for CI/CD, and Datadog for observability. We are migrating our container orchestration to Kubernetes and need someone who can lead that migration.
You will work closely with our engineering and security teams to design infrastructure that meets SOC 2 compliance requirements while maintaining developer velocity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Deep expertise with AWS services and Terraform
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
