About the Role

GrowthForge Consulting is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and supporting our senior consultants in closing deals.

This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a genuine interest in the technology landscape. You will represent GrowthForge at industry events, conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, and manage our CRM pipeline.

We are looking for someone early in their sales career who is hungry to learn and grow. You will receive mentorship from our senior partners, who have decades of combined experience selling enterprise software and consulting services across the region.

Our office is located in PJ's bustling commercial district, with easy access to the LRT. We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who wants their earnings to reflect their effort.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia a plus)
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Comfortable with cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
