About the Role
Pacific Trade Group is hiring an Account Manager to manage relationships with our key enterprise clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensure service delivery excellence, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with our operations team across multiple countries.
This role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 4+ years of account management or client success experience
- Experience in B2B services, logistics, or international trade
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Willingness to travel regionally (20% of time)
