We’ve upgraded the login experience for s͛Card — no more passwords! Our new Magiclink system is simpler, faster, and much more secure.
Overview
Your s͛Card account is now the key to accessing your profile and dashboard. Instead of remembering or resetting passwords, you’ll receive a one‑time Magiclink or 6‑digit PIN sent directly to your inbox.
To enhance account safety, you’ll also be asked to add an alternative email and mobile number for recovery and verification.
Why We Changed the Login System
We’ve moved away from traditional passwords to reduce login friction and strengthen account security. With the new Magiclink login:
- No passwords to remember or reset.
- Each login is unique and time‑limited.
- Enhanced verification through your verified email and mobile.
This ensures smoother access and minimises the risk of compromised credentials.
Where You Can Login
You can log in from anywhere on s͛Card:
- Tap or click the hamburger menu on the top‑right corner and choose Login.
- Login links are available on any s͛Card profile page.
Login Steps
- Go to the Login page or open the menu on any s͛Card page.
- Enter your Username and Email used during registration.
- The system will send a Magiclink to your email.
- You can either:
- Tap the Magiclink to sign in instantly, or
- Copy and paste the 6‑digit PIN from the email into the login form.
Tip: You can also copy the Magiclink and paste it directly into your browser.
That’s it — you’re logged in!
Account Recovery Setup
Upon logging in for the first time, you’ll be asked to:
- Add and verify an alternative email.
- Confirm your mobile number.
These will be used for recovery and additional verification when needed.
Business & Community Accounts
If you’re using an account created under the Business Management Dashboard or Community Management Dashboard, you won’t be asked for recovery details. In those cases, recovery requests go directly to the account administrator.

Troubleshooting
- Didn’t receive the Magiclink? Check spam or promotions folder.
- Link expired? Request a new Magiclink from the login page.
- Wrong email? Re‑enter the correct registered email and retry.
Security Note
Each Magiclink and PIN expires after a short time for your protection. Always use the most recent email sent from s͛Card.
