What happens if my Pro account has expired and I did not renew it?

The system will automatically switch to Free once you've completed the trial period, at which point you may upgrade to a Pro account at any time. Our system is so intelligent that it identifies the domain address linked to your Profile. If you do not close your account, our system will not remove it from the system.

Examples:

• When you switch from a Free Account to a Pro Account, your Profile URL changes from www.scard.business/free/username to www.scard.business/pro/username.
  
  You may be concerned that the URL or QR code you shared with your friends might have disconnected. Don't worry about it because our system will connect you to your Pro Account using the previous link you used as a Free user. This is also possible as a result of downgrading your Pro Account to a Free Account.
   
• What if you are using a Custom Domain? Nothing will change on the front, as the system will handle it in the background.
  
  It makes no difference whether you're using a Free Account or a Pro Account. You will only share sub-domain.yourdomain.com or www.yourdomain.com, which will be linked to your Profile.
