The contact information in the profile is for visitors to communicate with the profile owner; if there is no contact information, you might need to use the s͛Card Private Message, which you will need to be a registered user.
Once registered, you can communicate with them using the s͛Card Private Message and add one another to the s͛Card Friendlist.
