The contacts I have in my Scard Profile (Connected Friends), who does it belong to?

The contacts will always belong to the true owner of the profile, and you as the actual registered owner of the profile have the right to share it with anybody. But it is that individual's choice to accept connection with the party you are sharing with.

If your account is registered or paid by your employer, it will depend on the agreement between you and your employer. We will have no involvement in any dispute between you and your employer.
