The contacts will always belong to the valid profile owner, and you, as the registered owner, have the right to share them with anybody. But it is that individual's choice to accept a connection with the party you are sharing with.
If your account is registered or paid by your employer, it will depend on the agreement between you and your employer. We won't be involved in any dispute between you and your employer.
