About the Role
Horizon Health is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts as we expand from 12 to 20 clinic locations. You will source, screen, and hire doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff. You will also build our employer brand to attract top healthcare talent.
This role requires creativity in sourcing strategies and deep understanding of the healthcare talent market in Malaysia.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, healthcare staffing preferred
- Experience with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor market and healthcare credentials
- Ability to manage 15-20 open requisitions simultaneously
