About the Role
NextGen Media is looking for a Community Manager to grow and engage our community across Discord, Reddit, Twitter, and our comment sections. You will moderate discussions, plan community events, identify brand ambassadors, and turn casual viewers into loyal fans.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on conversation and understands internet culture deeply.
Requirements
- 2+ years of community management or social media experience
- Deep understanding of online communities and internet culture
- Experience managing Discord servers or similar platforms
- Strong written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends for live events
