Why can't I download the VCF if I don't have a Scard Account?

Your questions cover two areas:

1. Security: VCF contains the users' information; therefore, to obtain it, you must have a Pro account with Scard since we want to make sure you are not using bots. Why not allow a basic account to download VCF instead? Would you like to connect with someone who has less information or learn more about them so you can make better judgments to accept their request to download?
    
2. Privacy: We believe that everyone who wants to obtain knowledge from someone will require permission from the owner of that information. We also feel that if your profile is legit, you would like to know who wants to put it on their smartphone. Additionally, not just interested in learning but also able to connect with them again through additional discussions throughout this process.
